Shipping & Returns

We ship everywhere in North America! For an additional charge, we offer overnight delivery to certain locations. 

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. Since Golfer Guild is ran and operated by one individual, all orders will be shipped out on a weekly basis on Mondays :)

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. Email us at support@golferguild.com

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and we will do our best to fix it.

Since Golfer Guild is a small independent business, we will have to quote return shipping fees per return request based on the volume and quanity of the goods.  We are unable to offer free returns at this time. 

Yes!  If you need a different size, please reach out to us with your order number and the details of the exhange.  We will do our best to satisfy your request based on our inventory.  Exchanges do include shipping fees at this point in time.
